I am a graduate of Bio-Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA in October 2022. I am associated with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals(ABMP).

 

I am trained in deep-tissue massage, Swedish massage, cupping, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, and some spa services. I love to help people live with less stress, pain free and mobile life through various massage techniques. I discuss with each client their massage expectations and what they hope to get out of massage. It's my clients time I am just holding the space. 

 

When I am not massaging I enjoy spending time with my children and family, read, go outdoors, traveling, music, and Mexican food.
