Tension and Stress Relief

This stress-relieving Swedish and trigger point method concentrates on releasing tension in muscle groups that need it the most.
Bring on the Hurts so Good
A massage focused on the muscle groups in need with moderate to deep pressure. Deep tissue massage is a therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders.
Relaxation
A massage that focuses on giving the client time to recover from the stresses of daily life with light to moderate pressure. This Swedish style of massage features a calming pressure using long, gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing including some gentle kneading. Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. It is exceptionally beneficial for decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation, alleviating stress and helping with nervous disorders. A relaxation massage is perfect for restoring balance in your mind and body.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.
Mother-To-Be
A custom, side-lying massage focused on the muscle group in need with light to moderate pressure. Prenatal massage reduces the physical and emotional stresses that are associated with pregnancy. I utilize a variety of techniques to help expectant mothers feel relaxed, renewed, and pampered. The massage can give relief for headaches, back, neck, and sciatic pain. It may also reduce swelling and leg cramps. Proper positioning and body pillows ensure comfort and safety for the mother and baby.
If you have ANY concerns about having a massage while pregnant, I encourage you to seek the advice of your physician.
On the Rocks
A moderate, firm pressure massage using warmed basalt stones. These smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effect of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply and can be a great addition for arthritis. Used as an extension of the therapist's hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
